1. How refunds are handled

Orders for our products are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles refund requests and returns approved refunds to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

2. Each product has its own policy

Refund terms depend on what you bought, so every product has its own page describing them. Please read the one for your product before buying.

3. Kinetica

Kinetica is delivered as digital source code, and once repository access has been granted, sales are final by default. Every purchase is covered by a 14-day technical compatibility guarantee: if a component does not work as documented in a correctly configured Next.js environment, contact us within 14 days and we will help you fix it, or refund you in full if we cannot. Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory rights, as explained in the full policy.

4. Books sold on Amazon

Books are bought from Amazon, not from us, so returns and refunds for them follow Amazon's own policy and are handled by Amazon.
